Search for a Head of Finance

Our client, a top-rated family company in Gloucestershire, were looking to recruit a commercially astute Head of Finance to maintain and develop effective financial control across the business. Taking ownership and responsibility for the finance function, the successful candidate would need to work closely with the operations side of the business to provide strategic, commercial decision-making support.

The Context

The client had been advertising the position themselves in conjunction with another recruitment consultancy, but without success. We were in the run-up to Christmas, so the pressure was on to move quickly.

The Solution
