Will is passionate about the UK’s public services and has spent the best part of 20 years as he describes it: “Helping them improve by finding great people to help run them.” A senior interim finance specialist, his entire recruitment career has been spent working closely with the public sector organisations of the West Midlands and Northwest.

 A Director of our North of England public services team, Will is a highly experienced sector expert. With a strong regional focus, he is exceptionally well networked.

While focused on the NHS – managing relationships with the executive boards of the full spectrum of NHS bodies – his expertise extends across the whole of the public sector, with a particular interest in higher education.
