Tanya began her recruitment career in a FTSE-250-listed company before joining Seymour John, in 2016. She supports our specialist public-sector and not-for-profit recruitment consultants, ensuring a seamless service for our candidates and clients.

As well as managing the day-to-day running of the office, she oversees all aspects of registration and compliance, ensuring we achieve the high standards of due diligence that are so crucial for recruitment in this sector. She has made caring for our contractors and interims a top priority. Key to this is facilitating the smooth operation of our payroll function.

We are all about creating a more positive, progressive, and productive organisational culture. Whilst some of this is operational and administrative, a large part of what Tanya does is relational. After all, the smooth running of any organisation is down to building good collaborative relationships, internally and externally, based on trust and mutual respect.
