Rowena is our leadership development guru. She works with business leaders to design and deliver transformational interventions, using a blend of coaching, mentoring and experiential tools and techniques.

She is often invited to take on the operational business leader role within an organisation, to help steer it through major change, developing its leaders by role-modelling best practice.

Exceptional performance begins with accurate insight. As a licenced practitioner in 'Insights', she helps leaders truly understand themselves and their preferences. By identifying behaviours that inhibit the ability to lead, Rowena then coaches towards shifting mindsets and improving performance. The aim? To develop self-aware, self-directing leaders able to adapt and impact positively, whatever the context.

As a mentor, she works with young adults through a charity called Mentor Link. She also mentors women in business.
