Her people-first approach to organisational success prioritises people development and executive coaching to ensure business ambition is matched with high performance.

A solicitor by profession, she has also worked as a Chief Operating Officer and Executive Coach in global insurance, law and insurtech environments. As such, she draws on years of strategic business experience and a logical legal mind-set to deliver exceptional results, through clear strategic planning and excellent coaching and mentoring.

Rhian has close community links and supports school leavers through a variety of programmes aimed at improving social mobility.
