An MCIPD professional with a master’s in Human Resource Management, Rachel has over 20 years' experience across a number of different sectors.

Whilst a true HR generalist, she has specialist knowledge in employee relations, engagement, working with trade unions, organisational and cultural change, and diversity and inclusion.

She has successfully worked with organisations to establish their key people objectives, working in partnership with clients to ensure that people management processes are embedded and not just seen as an HR add-on.
