Focused, self-disciplined and professional, she operates at both strategic and practical levels. Motivated and enthusiastic, she thrives on developing and enabling people to succeed on their chosen path, whatever that may be. A clear communicator, she develops productive relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Lesley is an advocate of enabling people to live their life their way, alongside the challenges that health and life can add. She is a national Lead Trainer in the field Self-Management of long-term health conditions, and a British Cycling Officials and Coaches Tutor.
