Kate is a Chartered MCIPD HR professional and one of our business-improvement gurus. With over 20 years’ experience in consulting and other business-improvement roles, she inspires individuals, leaders, and organisations to perform to their best.

Commercially aware, she works as a director-level strategist supporting, guiding, and challenging senior leaders as a confidant and sounding-board. A great communicator, at all levels, part of her role is to ensure that everyone understands the aims and objectives of any given project and the benefits of getting onboard.

She helps develop, support, retain and motivate talent and delivers change-management initiatives that unlock potential, reduce costs and support growth and profitability.
