Kate is a Chartered MCIPD HR professional and one of our business-improvement gurus. A Director of our People & Change practice, she has over 20 years’ experience in consulting and other business-improvement roles, inspiring individuals, leaders, and organisations to perform to their best.

Commercially aware, she works as a director-level strategist supporting, guiding, and challenging senior leaders as a confidant and sounding-board. A great communicator, at all levels, part of her role is to ensure that everyone understands the aims and objectives of any given project and the benefits of getting onboard.
